I haven't used Jackson Hewitt in over20 years. I went back because my tax preparer quit filing taxes. So, I just went ahead here because I knew of no one else. The lady who did my taxes was very nice, but I will NEVER go to a (any) Jackson Hewitt again. I'll do it myself. I realize why I stop going to them. The lowest tax refund I have gotten in over 10 years. Just unbelievable! Never Again!!
Kennetta was very nice and enjoyed my time at the location. Helen the office manager was kind and courteous and respected me as the customer and the atmosphere was like family.
