Wonderful experience working with Ruba! She assisted me with an audit and amendments and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Ruba was able to find so many deductions I had missed. She made the process extremely easy for me, which was so beyond appreciated. The office is very clean and in a convenient location. I will be continuing to see Ruba for everything tax related as she truly goes above and beyond!
I came into this office and was treated like a second class citizen. Tuba the manager never gave me the time of day. Samantha told me that I was an insignificant person and that was not fair to me. I was very patient and really gave them the multiple chances but then relieved they are only after the money. I would not come to this office they make you wait long wait times and don’t respect you.
