I went in with a few years of returns all with simple one w-2 and out of them they only filed 2 years the woman was very nice but talked wayyyy too much it was supposed to be 15 minutes it was an hour an a half both times drop off and pick up to sign it wasn’t ready so it was another hour and a half and she had to call her manager for EVERYTHING!! My husband and I had an appointment at 6 PM this evening. We even woke our 5 month old up from his nap to make it in time for the appointment. Unfortunately when we arrived at 6 PM as scheduled, there was no one there. There was actually a note on the desk from someone complaining that the same thing happened at their 11 am appointment. VERY unprofessional and a terrible waste of our time as working parents.
Very friendly worker but they put out advertisements that aren't true and they're very expensive on doing your taxes most expensive place I've ever been to
