Very Bad Service. Charmione has been filing our taxes several years and we very satisfied with her services. Now, charmion is gone and this year we had someone who barely spoke English and did a big mistake for both our taxes (Fed/state) although we have very simple tax filing. It took 2 hours to explain our simple status and she still found a way to file incorrectly!!! Next time we do it ourselves.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this tax company, despite using their services for two consecutive years. When I called to schedule an appointment at the Lawrenceville–Suwanee Road office, the representative provided incorrect information about the location.
