The errors committed were in the numbers input on the W-2 which is systemic nothing to do with tax preparer. She was able pull the correct numbers from last pay stub and was corrected with no additional charges for amended documents.
Excellent service
This is my second year filing with this company. It went very smoothly. Tawonda was excellent My only suggestion would be to install blinds on the west facing windows and also a decent air conditioner so the customers and staff aren’t suffering in the sweltering heat.
My experience at Jackson Hewitt was phenomenal and just the service that I was looking for. The young lady that helped us really made our tax worries go away. I'll definitely be going back.
