Only because I can’t give 0 stars. They filed my return without letting me know they were charging me $650. They then refused to cancel it and cussed me out, refused to give their supervisor or corporate information.
I didn’t receive my referral of $50
I was fed up with my Accountant! I have had her doing my taxes, by dropping off my box of Paperwork, organized by Month, & Year . She REFUSED to Itemize my Taxes, ! She said, she was NOT, going through my paperwork. She would just take the “Annual Income “ from past years. She was rude, insulting, and refused to itemize my output of income. I thought, this year, I am going back to Jackson Hewitt, ( they did my taxes in the 2000’s ). Very Reputable Company!
