Absolutely awful experience. I had to go to two different offices and make three different visits After I had already scheduled a 1 o’clock drop and go appointment at the Oxford office. The Internet was down there, and the woman was completely empathetic to the fact that I had a scheduled appointment and now wanted me to go to Henderson to fill everything out She also was supposed to show up at Henderson and despite saying she would be there at the 330 appointment that I had scheduled with her.
