AWFUL!!!! Had an appointment for 5 PM and arrived early for my appointment to be told that they’re closing at 5pm. I asked them why no one called me. Why did no one call me and tell me that they can’t go through with the appointment after I drove 40 minutes. I was told by the worker that she works 9 to 5. I let her know that her website says they’re open until 9 PM and also I can go online right now and showed her while I was sitting there that I could even make an appointment for later today at this exact location and she d... read more
Get your taxes done here if you want to pay $300 for an incompetent worker to ruin your year. It is now August and I am still dealing with this issue. Avoid this place like the plague.
