My first time Staff Renee was Friendly, Efficient and advised me in details my refund. No pressure simple great service Mahalo🤙
I've had JH help prepare and guide me through my self employment taxes for several years in a row. Renée is knowledgeable and as patient as one could be during a very busy time of year for them. I am still learning a lot & she is sure to give more guidance as needed. The fees seem excessive but I'd rather pay the preparer than the IRS :)
