Horrible I had a appointment at 1pm today December 18 2024 no showed up I didn’t get a email nor phone call stating it was a issue about the time smh Horrible I took my lunch to come why schedule a time and not show up horrible lack of customer service do better and when I called customer service the automated service said that all agents busy yeah right do not go there

The tax preparer was professional. I scheduled my appointment online and it didn't match with what she had at the location which meant she was double booked. When I came in I was notified I had $100 due to JH for prep fees last year. They took money from my return last year for the fee. I told them I owed the previous yr and was making payments (they did that returns too) and she obviously was not an experienced preparer.
