I was assisted by Andre for my taxes this past weekend. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made my tax appointment quick and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and had a great attitude the whole time. On top of that, he’s very easy to talk to and definitely made the experience more enjoyable than I expected. I really appreciated his patience and great customer service, he made sure that I got the max amount. Definitely recommend asking for Andre when you go in!

Horrible I had a appointment at 1pm today December 18 2024 no showed up I didn’t get a email nor phone call stating it was a issue about the time smh Horrible I took my lunch to come why schedule a time and not show up horrible lack of customer service do better and when I called customer service the automated service said that all agents busy yeah right do not go there
