Originally, I started with one of your locations closest to me. I wasn't able to complete everything I needed, but was referred out to another. I was booked for an appointment withing 48 hrs, completed half my needs, and given instructions on what was needed for the second half. The information was appericated.

My experience was very rewarding for me, I was told that I needed to bring another document that was the wrong document that I needed to bring. The young man Lonnie at the cross town office went over my documents and found out what I really needed to boost my refund. I'm glad the Jackson office just happened to be closed. It's so good there are still professionals still exist.

Lonnie was able to get my taxes done right before closing he was very patient and understanding he made sure everything was don’t correctly and even was able to get me a discount for first time filer he made sure to check on my process and made sure I had no information missing that would delay my taxes thank you Lonnie !
