IT BY FAR WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HAVING OUR TAXES DONE EVER!! THE LADY IS A CONFUSED DISORIENTED AND EXTREMELY SLOW. THE MAN THAT DID IT FOR US THE YEAR BEFORE AT JH WAS AWESOME, HE DID IT AND HAD US OUT OF THERE IN 35 MINUTES, COMPARED TO 3 1/2 HOURS. HE GOT US BACK 3700 AND SHE GOT US NOTHING BACK. THE LADY THAT WAS WAITING BEHIND US WAS THERE BECAUSE OUR LADY HAD MESSED HER TAXES UP. I WISH WE COULD GET A REVIEW OF OUR RETURN THIS YEAR. JUST DON'T THINK SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.
