Eric experience was very good. The agent was very professional and courteyes and we feel that she did a very good job. However in just now checking on the status of our return it shows that it has been rejected. We will call tomorrow for an explanation.
I am always pleased at Jackson Hewitt and hardly never enough time with my busy schedule, ( What I can’t understand is why with such a short form isn’t there a law to only alow a fee no more than $100.00 for people that only get back $300.00 or less It just don’t seem right to charge folks $200 to $250.00 Praying this message will be helpful to folks that are low income Sincerely, Cheryl Lynn Teague
