I did my taxes in Feb here and it’s now Oct. I still have not received my taxes and they got their money. That pretty much sums up my experience.
Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. We made an appointment after getting an add about “sitting down with a tax professional” I can not stress enough how misleading that is. The person we sat down with was chatting with a Tax professional online, just like you can do yourself on turbo tax or any other run of the mill tax software. The person we spent over an hour with doing our taxes told us they needed to be reviewed by a supervisor.
