This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt. The staff was alright. I personally felt as if I had to help direct the processing of my tax preparation. Once we came to and agreement on the price (was told their special promotion was over). I felt as if I was being directed towards not itemizing ,when I knew this was the better option for me.
