I had the pleasure of working with Matilda Hedman and she made the whole process easy and explained all the details to my satisfaction. After using Turbo Tax for the he last several years and having numerous hiccups, this experience was good and I actually dealt with a very knowledgeable person. I would highly recommend this person and the company she works for. The bottom line for the whole process was about 100 less than Turbo Tax and much less painful.
We like the staff here. The manager has been here nearly fifteen years and others have been at this office 5-7 years each. They are knowledgeable and continue to train every to keep up to date. Tax Preparation interview is pleasant with these folks.
