Michelle was rude each time that I called. I kept calling because I dropped off my taxes to be worked on by Jeff. I never heard back. The worst experience I have ever had at this location.
Me and my wife have used Jackson Hewitt for 17 years and they have always treated us like family.
I have used Jackson Hewitt for several years and Jeff has been the one that has helped me these many times. It is always a pleasure to see home every spring.
