I swear it’s like each office respects you one year, then the next your dog shit. After months of this gentleman not listening to me, not listening to New York State of health, not listening to the irs. Still paid to have taxes done but yet still the guy in the office to no effort in correcting the mistake he made when filling my health insurance. So now instead of doing it the right way, like he was paid to do I have to re do my taxes with someone else. Jackson Hewitt got their money, but didn’t do the job.
Hi I had a great experience with the tax broker, and this wasn't my first time going to him. He was very nice each time, the price was okay, but he knows what he's doing for sure. I felt real comfortable with him preparing my taxes, and I will continue to let him do my taxes in the future.

Evasive and unhelpful over the phone. Agent couldn't even give me a general price range for an uncomplicated tax return. He simply stated that it would definitely be over $150 for basic tax prep while there is literally a huge banner on the home page of their website which states that a new customer is guaranteed to pay less than $150 even for a complicated prep. A scam. A joke.
