I have a lot of anxiety about taxes and getting help with them, but Ronan was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was much quicker and easier than I expected. I will be coming back every year!
I was do nervous about doing my taxes this year as I had an error in my w2, but Ronan politely pointed it out and helped me understand what I needed to have fixed. When I had the correct document he was very helpful with getting things done in a timely manner. I'm excited to go back to this office next year!
Thank you for making it easy and stress free to file my taxes this year. Typically, I am spending a week back and forth through frustration to file. This year, thanks to Jackson-Hewitt and Ronan, I was able to get them done without needing to yell at my computer for hours.
I like the person that did my taxes she was very patient, friendly, and helpful and was very nice too!
