I booked my appointment a week or so in advance and I thought I would be getting the $49 as advertised but I got charged $199 instead which I didn’t really have so I had to drain most of my savings to pay for my taxes because of false advertising on your part. Very disappointing
It was a pleasure working with Ronan as my tax preparer. She was diligent and careful in preparing my return.
I have a lot of anxiety about taxes and getting help with them, but Ronan was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was much quicker and easier than I expected. I will be coming back every year!
I was do nervous about doing my taxes this year as I had an error in my w2, but Ronan politely pointed it out and helped me understand what I needed to have fixed. When I had the correct document he was very helpful with getting things done in a timely manner. I'm excited to go back to this office next year!
