Joey was awesome and knew what he was doing. The only negative was the antiquated operating system that looked like it was from windows 95 and got stuck in a loop. This added an extra 45 minutes to complete the forms.
Joe was completely professional. Great experience! I would give him 10 stars if I could.
I can’t understand how I have made 2 appointments and I show up to no one being there. I was told the person didn’t show up at all the first time and now I’m here …not getting my taxes done again
