Every one was so helpful. Made something I made difficult, easier. I promised them I would do better next year.
The people that prepared my taxes from Jackson Hewitt was very professional, was very thorough and explained everything to me about my tax returns. Using every method that they could legally to be able to get me the best refund. I will use them from now on. And I did everything online not having to go in so that was a very accommodating,
I still had not received my refund and the tax preparer was inexperienced and stated it was her last day. Took 2 hours. Not completely satisfied and will look somewhere else next year
