Gracie Moreno does mine every year she always very professional very organized shes great with her clients with her preparation and assures me with questions I have misunderstood.well continue doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt as long as she there .

So I have been getting my taxes done at the Mt. Pleasant location since I have been doing my taxes. Never had and issue. This year, the girl messed them up so bad, I had to get ahold of the manger to go through, and redo the whole thing. I would have never known unless I would have called. She never filed my local. I walked in not knowing what to expect and left out with such gratefulness that Tammy went above and beyond in assisting me in my personal tax concerns as well as my business tax concerns. I had the worst experience today. Had a 2pm appt. Came in and wasn't greeted properly as the customers after me were. I was completely ignored while the tax preparer was taking other walk ins. I have been waiting well over 2.5 hours and still wasn't seen. I was treated very unfairly. This place was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Customers should be treated with respect.
Miss LeShunda is a beautiful person, and she took care of my tax business very well.
