Booked an appointment for 6pm waited till 6:15pm before Patricia walked up with a hand full of stuff that she had been shopping for, instead of her job. Then asked if we made an appointment,she got upset when we said yes for 6 and said "I told them not to schedule me anything after 6 cause I like to leave early" needless to say I didn't get my taxes done cause I'm dealing with that kinda energy!
