Terrible I showed up for my 11:00 appointment at your University Blvd W location on 4/8. I received multiple text from Jackson Hewitt reminding me of the appointment. The office was closed and multiple people were waiting out front. We later found out the office did not open on Monday 4/7 as well. I call your Normandy office and a very nice lady by the name of Mrs Taylor apologized to me and also told me the same thing happened the day before at this University Blvd W location.
