My tax preparer, Denean, was amazing !! And so knowledgeable and efficient. She provided great-friendly customer service and filed my taxes within a blink of an eye. I’ll be coming back next year for her to file my taxes.

This was my first time trying to do business with Jackson Hewitt and I will NEVER try to use them again. I would leave zero stars if I could. I had a 6p appointment all set up. I received the confirmation text message saying, "We can't wait to see you!" with the address attached and I was ready to go. When I arrived at 5:59p all of the lights and open sign were on, but the door was locked, and no one was inside. I stood outside for 15 minutes, and no one showed up.
