Mrs Hutchinson is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I’m beyond grateful for her always making my tax season worry and stress free. She is amazing always smiling ☺️ and happy and very helpful . Explains and answers questions to help you understand everything. Totally recommend her .
No I'm not satisfied
I had the worst experience at the Jackson Hewitt in VALLEY Al. don’t go there Donyell tricked me in to paying more than I was supposed to. If you need your taxes done better to do it yourself you’ll have more money at the end.
I wanted to say the lady at the Valley location was extremely helpful respectful and informative with everything i didn't understand A big Thanks for all her help
