My experience was horrible. I guess the guy name was Matthew, only found that out when he signed his signature. He never introduced himself. He barely said a word in explaining things I’m so mad that I went through the process. I should’ve went somewhere else He has no people skills no nothing. Don’t deserve a star
Tax person literally didn't show up for my appointment. Complete waste of time. Edit: Ended up getting a call about 2 hours after I left to tell me that the person called out and that they weren't going to do anything about it
George was awesome!!! First time going to Jackson Hewitt and he went above and beyond! Was able to get a great discount, and he was friendly and knowledgeable 🙂
