Messed up on my forms, have gone in and was given wrong information, the problem supposedly got fixed. I get my check in the mail, now I’m having issues with it. I’ve called and left voicemails for a call back and I get absolutely nothing. I’ve gone to the office and they are only open certain hours, I would like to speak to someone before taking time outta my work schedule to go to the office for nothing.
