First of all it took me 3 days to get my taxes done, simple state only! They didn't know what they were doing and kept blaming a new computer program. $75.00 for a simple form and then they said they would file online for me only to find out they can't. Then they gave me the address to mail my forms myself and the paperwork was sent back for incorrect address!!!! I did everything for myself and had to pay them for what? Incompetent and over priced. BEWARE!!!

We've been doing our taxes here for 12 years and never had an issue. It's quick and easy. You can get some upfront around the holidays and that helps as well as getting some upfront after you file. It never takes more than a month to get the rest of your money. Highly reccomend jackson Hewitt
