New preparer. At 4pm I was her 1st for the day and she was not set up. Could not take my debit card payment. Had to call 4 different people for assistance. Never went over my return or offered any advise. New customers get return done for $49. I had to pay over $150. I have been going to Jackson Hewet for years but this may be my last
