Just wanted to share my experience on 3/17/2026 at the Kiosk Jackson Hewitt inside of Walmart in Massillon ,Ohio. I am a first time customer. Janice was my tax preparer. From the moment I sat down I knew I was in the right place. She has a amazing personality and was well versed. Even though we were right by the check out counters, with numerous patrons and employees filtering past, she remained steady and on point. She is a asset to Jackson Hewitt. I just wanted to say Thank you Janice.
