My only issue was I had a simple return with just two W2’s. Asked the price and told 110.00. After they were finished I was charged 168.00.. should only charge what you quote !!!!
Emina was great to work with, we had a 3pm appointment and showed up at 2:15 to do some shopping before our appointment. Since no clients were there we introduced ourselves and she took care of us right away. We have done our taxes here at the same location for 7 years and hopefully we will see Emina for year 8. She made us feel valued, took care of us promptly and had a good conversation during the meeting.
