I had an appointment this morning at 10 AM in the Riverdale office. I got there at 9.50, I waited until 10.10 and nobody showed up, so I left. How do you run a business when your employees aren’t dedicated and responsible enough to show up on time I had the same experience at your Hackensack office twice. Got my taxes done February 6th 2026 still never got my federal refund
Tax preparer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have done it without her!
The service itself was great. You still need a waiting area. ALSO...if I had known I could have just uploaded my documents, I could have done the taxes a month earlier! I saw it after I had done my taxes. Advertise when you advertise. Have more help so one doesn't have to wait 45 mins past the time. I had to change my appointment bc work hours change, but the appointment I was given wasn't even in there. I will come back next year in spite of this, but try to improve these concerns.
