My tax preparation was very long, 2 1/2 hour visit. Taxes kicked back next day. No fault of the the person who did the taxes. But when talking to him out of concern, he was very defensive, no ideas on how to correct the problem. I am told to do nothing. I had to continue to explain that it was no fault of anyone, but the IRS kicked it back and must to corrected and resubmitted. Terrible communication. Their hrs say from 11AM to 7Pm on Sunday on Google. I went online and scheduled an appointment and was confirmed for 11am because I have a tight schedule today. I get here nobody is here at 11 and I noticed the hrs on the door say 12pm to 4pm nobody has updated and they are allowing you to schedule.
I try to be positive and I always post honest reviews.I came in and sat down with a gentleman of Korean maybe Asian ethnicity.His race isnt the point I’m only describing him,didn’t matter if he was blue.I didn’t work in 2023,2024 because I had a back surgery,yet I still bad dependents.He informed me I couldn’t put them on my taxes because I hadn’t worked.I told him that is incorrect they still lived with me and I still had to take care of them.He insisted that I couldn’t and didn’t even ask abt my other income sources.I also... read more
