We are new to the state and had to find someone to do our taxes very quickly. The Jackson Hewitt representative met with us and was able to get our taxes done in spite of several missing piece of information. She was patient as we tried to retrieve the information. We had to reschedule a couple different times, but she was able to get everything done before the tax deadline.
Ms Dottie is the best!
Double booked my appt time. Did not disclose full cost of doing fed and state returns. Tax preparer, Julie, was pleasant and professional.
