Worst customer service ever!! Lady by the name of Sarah calling me leaving unnecessary voicemails and trying to get information out of me. Rude staff and unprofessional behavior!! Please Avoid!!
Came in with several years of taxes to do and Sarah not only helped get me setup right, but answered all my questions and I left feeling such a weight lifted off my shoulders. She was very kind, customer-friendly, and so very helpful.
