JH does not know how to do business taxes! They could not even figure out how to use my ADP wage forms to file my taxes and it took them 3 weeks to do nothing. If I had not called them to see if my taxes were done, no one would've called me. Thier whole process is disorganized and inept! I almost couldn't get my original documents back that I provided to get my taxes done. The whole process was a disorganized mess!
