Easy apptmt set up, got my tried and true tax expert, she showed me new state tax laws and how she could handle them, advised me but let me choose the option I preferred. Then I had a choice of coupon discounts for J-H services, so I'm happy with my tax experience. Been working with J-H services for almost 10 years now, and it's such a relief compared to sweating it out on my own. A thousand thanks! ... Actually, almost 4 thousand thanks, LOL🤑

Wendy is the best person I have ever had do my taxes, she makes sure to explain everything very well and is always in a good mood. She is the one I will always trust to do my taxes. Wendy makes doing my tax return anxiety free and enjoyable.
Terrible experience. We started off with Wendy who was kind and pleasent, then a different lady had to finish our return. My wife and I were first time customers and we were treated with utter disrespect. She constantly talked down to us and treated us like we were dumb. On top of that she charged us over 400 dollars!
