Rajon the owner went above and beyond to help me. He went above my expectations coming in on his anniversary to submit my taxes which is very hard to find anyone anywhere willing to do that let alone what they're obligated to do on normal business days and hours. I can honestly say that it's worth the trip to meet with them ask for Rajan he makes it easy and comfortable he doesn't make you feel stupid or take advantage of your knowledge or lack of knowledge
Jamie B was incredibly helpful and efficient in getting my taxes done, no complaints about her service, she went above and beyond. I was lured in with the national "new customer" rate of $149, only to find out that the franchise owner wasn't participating in that deal, to which my total for a single state/federal came out to over $500 to file.
I have been getting my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt for the past 5 years. The service I receive at the Runnemede location is always superb. This year my taxes were done by Jamie. She was exceptional! I highly recommend.
The only reason you get one star is because it won’t let me leave less!!! Terrible experience. The worst place to do you’re taxes
