The person who did our taxes was very nice, however was dressed in a sweatshirt and jeggings. It was a Sunday, but I expect someone to be dressed a bit more professionally. In addition, she was not familiar with certain forms; we had to advise as the customer what to do and to itemize for the best return. Not what is expected when paying $300+ for simple tax preparation.
For returning customers they should get a deal on how much they pay a preparer almost 700 to do taxes is insane
