These are clearly fake reviews!!!! For one the whole location has been shut down since 2023 April!!! Nicole never mention it or updated the site. She is operating outta Starbucks now. And i just spent 2 months wasting time havin her give me the run around. And my taxes aerent even filed after sendin her my information. I dealt with her over 15 years consistently Comin back. And she played in my face this year. Im shocked. Very unprofessional would have never thought she do That to me!
Every Year I look forward on doing my taxes with Nicole she has always been kind , patient and generous with great customer service.
I've been going to Jackson hewitt for 13 years now.. An I never had any problems filling my taxes I always feel comfortable shout out to Nicole! Who does my taxes! For being so patient an understanding with me..she get you in an out. Very respectful and down to earth!.. very nice person! So make sure yall ask for Nicole! Best to do it!
