They have done my taxes for the last 11 years and they have been absolutely amazing and professional and great customer care. I am not a person who is good with paperwork and they make it comprehensive and understandable for me I’m a tradesman and I walk out and have no worries or concerns about anything
Been going here for a few years. This year the lady was 10 minutes late at opening. She blamed her Uber driver. Then she opened the door and let us inside while she went across the street to go to McDonalds & get herself breakfast. So, 15-20 more minutes of waiting. She was the only one working while 3 of us sat there. Now, I am thinking of going somewhere else next year. Even though this place is closest to me. Seems like the price went up too from last year.
