Very bad service, I have been a customer for 4 years, the fees are very high, I don't know why, I won't go back there.
Wasted my money and time. And still no answers or call back. I filled my taxes here March 29th and came to find out on April 11 my tax form was rejected because of a mistake on the insurance. I called and the person to let her know, she said she “worked on it and fixed it and it should be good” but it was her last day the 12th, so there was no confirmation if the tax were approved. Mehrnoosh was so helpful and diligent! There were some technical issues with my filings that were my fault and she went above and beyond to get it sorted out.
The associate explained that her mother had a medical emergency.
Dropped my forms off and came back with another paper I needed the next day I came by 3 times between 1pm and 5pm no one was in the office Stopped by next 3 days and each time person had to look to find my taxes which were not worked on I stopped by on Saturday and Oneida helped me had them done and were ready to sign Couldn’t come in with my wife on Sunday They needed both of us to sign Came in on Monday and no one was here Waited over a hour called main number told person was just pulling in parking lot from lunch 45 minut... read more
