We had a very disappointing experience with this tax service. Not only was the advice I received incorrect and misleading, but the lack of communication throughout the process made things even worse. I expected professional guidance and timely responses, but instead was left with confusion and ended up wasting time. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable or competent tax help.
