Carolina was very helpful in helping me file my taxes
Not exactly what I expected. At my initial appointment on 3/23 there was no one present at the kiosk. Rescheduled for Tuesday 3/25 and was assisted by Carolina. While she has a great personality, her familiarity with the system appeared questionable. She had to call the main office for clarification at one point.
