The woman that helped me was great. She was very efficient and professional. Also I had no doubt she understood what she was doing. The price was much much higher than I expected. Obviously I should have asked do my bad there. But I'm coming from a place where I had to put my life literally on hold for the last 7 years and my brain is just not running at full speed yet. Although the Jackson Hewitt Tax Advisor was good. The system kept freezing and she had to start over multiple times. It took 2 hours to complete my taxes. The are working on old Dell Machines that cannot keep the software working.
