Took us in 30 minutes late took 3 hours to do simple taxes didn't want to give us our discount at first, over priced. The person we worked with was nice but so slow and seemed distracted. Last year had issues as well but wanted to give another chance. Next year we will be going to a different tax company, third time will not be the charm for this company. Very, very disappointed.
