I have been there 2 years and both times the person needed help by other employees . These were the only 2 years I ever had to owe $$$ . I will be going to some one that knows what they are doing .
Do not ever your taxes done with Jackson Hewitt. I had to go three different times to get them finished because I ended up having to wait over an hour for my appointments each time and then I didn’t receive my refund from them, even though they received their payment. I had to get in touch with the IRS and Jackson Hewitt’s third party bank to try and obtain my return. I am STILL waiting for it. It has been over 2 months since I filed.
Not impressed. Charge too much, $389, for a simple return. When my copy was printed, it had printer toner splotches on the paper and a few sheets were crooked abd wrinkled when printed. Will not come back next year.
