Jackson Hewitt as a company is horrible. My tax pro this year was Mary Ellen Connolly who was excellent she should be a supervisor the way she cares for the actual customer and she noticed my taxes were done wrong in years past by Jackson Hewitt and they pretty much said it was my fault. Rather than help fix the problem and amend years past they essentially told me to pound sand.
