Very unprofessional, used a pen and pad, didn't have a calculator, I already had everything in order, all he had to do was put in computer, kept putting items in different columns told me it wouldn't be over 300.00, turned out to be 424.00. The place was filthy, floors were dirty. Open room with 2 desks, no privacy for my personal information as we talked. He totally didn't know what he was doing.
