I found my agent as well as the others to be very polite. They were listened to what each client had to say without judgement. I will continue to use Jackson Hewitt to do my taxes.
The person that done mine was kinda rude. This place is outrageous when it comes to filing.. I didn't have any dependent but had an HSA and was charged 211.00 and that was with a discount. Next yr I will risk doing my own
