The process was swift and easy, and my preparer was thorough and professional.
We walked in with no appt. Genette said she had time to prepare our taxes. She was having some difficulty and was asking for help. Joann, I assume her supervisor, was extremely rude to her. She was sharp and short with her and exhibited very unprofessional behavior. I felt awful for Genette. Joann then was approached by a customer and she talked to her just the same resulting in a tense and argumentative conversation. It was shameful. Genette was cool and calm and finished helping us.
