The unpleasant experience I had came on the phone several different times. After several rings at a particular location the phone went automatically into the home office where I spoke to a man named John..I believe. I asked him on several occasions if ge could provide me with a # or street location for another store. He was no help at all I'm sorry to say.i hope he's not any kind of a supv or Mgr! He's supposed to offer assistance not tell me to Google myself & find out. HE was a total unpleasant experience...several times! ... read more
