I have been using Jackson Hewitt at Walmart for years. Though the gentleman I met with was very polite, he really did not inspire confidence in his abilities. He was unaware of the amount that could be taken on certain licensing fees. He was taking the full amount when only 10% was deductable. Really afraid of what else is wrong. I believe company should have had an experience tax preparer working with him. I will be likely looking for different preparer next year.
