I scheduled an appointment in January to have my taxes done in March. 1 day before my scheduled appointment I got a call from Jackson Hewitt saying they needed to reschedule for the following day because they did not staff that location the day of my appointment. The day of my appointment I showed up 5min before my 6pm time slot. The appointment ahead of me ran over and I had to wait around for 2hours before the preparer even started my return.
